Deputy Prime Minister of Moldova, Tatiana Potîng participated in the roundtable "Special protection measures of children at risk and children separated from their parents" organized for the center of the country.

It is already the third event organized by the National Council for Child Rights Protection, chared by  Deputy Prime Minister, together with the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family. The importance and necessity of such an event is always appreciated by the guests.

Besides discussions on the application of Law 140, enacted recently, participants noted the need for an information campaign about the benefits of cooperation in the protection and promotion of children's rights brought by the Association Agreement Moldova - EU. Thus initiatives that will help families to educate their children were welcomed.

Ms. Potîng assured participants that all actions necessary to bring to the attention of the entire population towards benefits the Moldova-EU Association Agreement brings, and in particular those related to the social sphere will be taken.

Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers, were encouraged to a lively dialogue and the majority of those present said they learned more useful information that can help in various situations.
