According to the Regulation of the National Council for Child Rights Protection, approved by Government Decision no. 409 of 9 April 1998 with subsequent amendments, the Council's work is proceeding according to plan, developed by the Council Secretariat and approved annually in its first meeting. The plan is developed based on proposals submitted by the members of teh Council, civil society and development partners.
